Iin Konepaja oy has acquired Europe's most modern and largest Bodor 60 kW 3D laser cutting equipment. The installation and commissioning of the laser will take place during the last quarter (Q4) of 2025.

With this Bodor 60kW 3D laser cutting machine, we are able to serve customers with sheet thicknesses of 5-80mm, up to 100mm material thicknesses. The result is an extremely precise cut result and quality. With the equipment, we are able to cut complex three-dimensional shapes, such as bevels.

Thanks to the large cutting table area (14m x 4m) of the laser cutting equipment, we are able to offer cutting and subcontracting services for very large pieces to our partners.

Our laser cutting equipment is suitable for cutting both carbon steel and bright steel grades. Our versatile cutting programs also offer solutions, especially for fast subcontracting needs. Sheet utilization optimization and simulation runs are also possible with the help of our versatile software package.

IKP's mechanical engineering expertise covers a wide range of design, manufacturing and machining solutions. We combine mechanical structural design, practical implementation and reliable project management.

IKP offers precise line drilling suitable for large-sized parts. The service can be carried out in the factory or on site at the customer's premises.

We cut even strong sheets with plasma and flame cutting accurately and efficiently. Our services enable dimensionally accurate pieces for further production stages.
